For 6 people and upwards and adapted to the needs of the group, including the number of class hours per week, accommodation with host families, airport pick-up and organized activities.
Students interested in taking
the D.E.L.E.(Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) exam can
combine their Standard or Standard Plus Spanish Course with extra classes
specially designed for exam preparation (levels; Inicial, Intermedio
& Superior).
These spanish classes run twice a year, in April & October, in advance
of the exam dates, which are in May & November.
• A minimum of 20 hours preparation time is advised before taking
the D.E.L.E. exam.
• Groups of between 3 & 9 people with the same entrance level.
• The courses are tailor-made for the D.E.L.E. exams so the following
skills are worked on::
* Speaking
* Writing
* Listening
* Reading
* Vocabulary in its context
* The grammar of question papers
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE D.E.L.E. PREPARATION COURSES
• Having passed the school’s Intermediate level, students can choose to do the D.E.L.E. INICIAL Preparation Course
• Having passed the school’s Proficiency Level, students can choose to do the D.E.L.E. INTERMEDIO (previously known as D.E.L.E. BÁSICO) Preparation Course.
• Preparation for the D.E.L.E. SUPERIOR exam is only open to people who have a very high level of Spanish, both formal and colloquial. The exam at this level is really only for people who have lived in conditions of intensive exposure to Spanish for approximately a year.
